		<description>I think the comment about &quot;social media&quot; being like water is a great analogy - so much like water - it has a mind of its own - and definitely finds its way into everything if left to its own devices.  And, a few companies have been able to successfully bottle it up and resell it.  I guess that is the challenge for all of us in the social media business.</description>
