On Monday morning we drove to the Community 2.0 conference and dug deeply into a conversation about What is Community? How it can be done by corporations and whether or not Community is even the right word. I was joined by Kristie Wells and Giovanni Rodriguez for a very insightful chat, which was unfortunately interrupted by some technical challenges which lost a bit of the conversation.
