		<description>Hey guys,

Just listened to the NMRcast and I'm sorry I've not been in touch sooner to pledge my support.

I've been thrilled about the concept of the Social Media Release since I first heard about it in passing on FIR. Seeing the ideas laid out by Todd Defren was great and the design has remained on my desk at work for some time now. Every day I think about how I could put it into practice for any number of my clients. Of course I then dust off the old style 'safe' release and send it out to a chorus of delete keys being hit by journalists.

Well now is the time. You can count me in on anything that will improve the current press release. And don't get me started on how RSS delivery will change the worlds of PR and journalism.

I'll hopefully see you at the SMC event in London on 15 Feb but in the meantime please check out www.allaboutimageblog.com for my view from the UK on the social PR industry.

See you soon,
Mike</description>
